      Starting pay is $15 If you want experience in IT start here

      Cons

      Not good communication with management They cut breaks and lunches sometimes if its busy They do not give raises They do not hire directly to the company you go through an agency where alot of workers have been there more then 2 years still through the agency!!!!! They do not value there employees

      US business is growing; strong Global company that is very financially responsible; good people; growing in US by acquisition and organically.

      Four US CEOs in five years (one was interim for many months); Employees are let go without warning; bonuses VERY rarely match your bonus target (consistently lower)
