Pros
Lots of opportunities to learn and make an impact as the company (in the US) is making the transition from legacy infrastructure services (primarily) to Digital Services (Cloud, CyberSecurity), etc. Pay is good, but the company is having a hard time retaining people and keeping up with the pay increases on the market (who isn't?).
Cons
Significant leadership turnover in recent years, from the CEO down. In the US, at least, the transition from a legacy infrastructure provider to a Digital Services (Cloud, Security, etc) provider is lengthy and painful. That can present several opportunities, but also lots of growing pains. The company used to be too internally focused and bureaucratic, but several leadership appointments and organizational changes in the last 12 months have made a visible improvement in this area.
