      Great Initiative, Poor Employee Treatment

      Pros

      Remote work. Flexible schedule. Excellent immediate supervisors. Ability to engage with multiple clients over several different industries.

      Cons

      Treated like a number instead of an employee at times. Preach innovation, but don't provide the environment to implement anything innovative. Remote work is taken advantage of, resulting in working around the clock.

      Too much upper management and no help

      Pros

      You can work from home all the time unless you have a client meeting. The clients that you work with a big B2C clients that are cutting-edge.

      Cons

      Always being micro-managed. I had three different bosses and only one would help me out if I needed help but only if I could get a hold of her. Everyone is always too busy to help you and the HR department is terrible and it takes forever to hear back from them. I had to reach out to the HR department several times to get a response from them. W2 forms were wrong 2 years in a row and it took me weeks to fix. They do not invest in their employees, salary is terrible, and you work at least 60 - 70+ hours a week. There isn't much chance to advance into another role or move up. Everything is outsourced so the majority of your teams are based out of India and they don't work on the same time zone as you.

      Middle management works hard to support people.

      It's a consultant company. All independent individuals. No team mentality.
