It's easy to feel like you're not an employee of the company when working at the customers location.

Work/life balance is usually great and management encourages taking time off for family and personal reasons. Management is approachable, even up to executive leadership. Paid time off balances are above industry standard. Dental and vision insurance is great without being overly expensive.

Cons

Room to grow can be stagnant at times. Pay isn't usually at local industry standard. Health insurance premiums have increased for 4 straight years without increase in coverage.
