      Pros

      Interesting work. Enjoyed assisting customers in times of crisis.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, no training, lots of empty promises. Forced fur-lows in increments from 15 minutes and up accumulating to a week or more with no ability to claim unemployment because of how they did it. They also force other employees to work overtime to cover for the unpaid fur-lows. How could this possibly be good business?
