Pay is below market average for the jobs and experience level of employees. Retirement benefits are lacking with little to no competitive matching. There is absolutely no job security. When you finish a project you have 2 weeks to be put on another or you are let go with no warning and seniority and tenure means nothing. The company has insanely high turnover and without a steady flow of projects employees are anxious about constantly being let go and afraid to make any plans beyond their current engagement contract effecting work life balance. There has been a raise/pay increase freeze for over a year and doesn't look like it's unfreezing. There are no bonuses or incentives for improvement with no career guidance or feedback. You very much are a number and the company only cares if you bring in revenue on a weekly basis or not.

Employees are treated like cogs in the wheel. Coworker passed away, and his name wasn't even spoken by upper management. They just quickly replaced his position.
