      Pros

      Immediate management is good, lets me work the way I want to work, is there if I need to escalate anything and will take quick decisions.

      Cons

      Senior management - at the very top - have been useless. They tried to split the company and it was farcical. We failed due diligence - twice, at least - and have had to recombine the company with a huge debt right up. New UK CEO in position will take time to bed in, so next 6 months will be interesting.
