They want to exploit and use you as much as possible using emotional company underratings. poor work ethics a lot of micromanaging, no job security, no way to progress or grow in company, if you raise voice for wrong , you are a target and will be eliminated very cautiously planned manner with lies and fake reasons. top hierarchical management fails badly to get clients due to their absurdly high prices to customers, and then punishes engineers and analysts by downgrading the team and firing them—terrible place to work for your mental stability. When the company do a profit we still don't get any salary raise.
