1. Very Friendly management. 2. Good and flexible work culture. 3. Provides reasonable Work from home options.

Cons

1. Projects are minimal and diversification of technology is less. 2. Difficult in geting allocated to project with the experience you have. Might need to extend in getting along with new technologies as project requires.

Not really help desk. More focused on getting onto the Next call with a backed up queue. Short staffed and people keep leaving because of Pay/work. This is a need something asap job.
