They rarely give raises, unless you threaten to leave the company, and even then it is a hassle and an under the market value bid on their part They get you into the industry with a low-tier salary given the fact of your missing experience and keep you there even after years of experience, knowledge, and necessary professional skills are acquired. The only way you can negotiate a salary on the market value with them is once you leave the company and rejoin after some time and negotiate that as a new higher-level applicant.
