Atos Management falsified the GPTW survey conducted in the year 2021. The management had their team members fill the GPTW survey form in a screen share and had them fill up inflated review of the company. They also linked their appraisals with the GPTW survey review and compelled the employees to fill goldplated reveiw of the company. The Atos Management forces the employees to consume their Paid Leaves. The employees are forced to consume all of their paid leaves by their Managers for the benefit of the Management. This company is having the highest attrition rate at present in India. Because of poor Management, at least 50% to 60% of the employees in an account are leaving every month. It is an Old, Dying Company, with Old, Archaic and Obsolete Management Processes. Please Do Not Even Recommend Your Enemies to Join This Company !
