My company was acquired by Atos, they assured us of new opportunities and job security, which it was a lied. The primary goal was to keep you around long enough for training offshore Indian people, as soon as they can handle the job somewhat, they would replace you. Atos starts removing you from your regular duties and transfer them to the cheaper offshore people. If your company is acquired by Atos, I would look for a job else where. They do not want onshore people on their payroll as soon as they can they will let you go. Tuition reimbursement is another lie, there are so many stipulations and fine print that is impossible to use. The number one thing Atos wants to do is reduce payroll expense, everything else is secondary including customer satisfaction and you. Cons: Misleading and dishonest Furlough Imposible tuition reimbursement No training 401K contribution taken away (due to Covid) Management is disorganized (Good luck trying to find who you report too.) Subpar laptop No teamwork Stay away from Atos.

I turned in my letter of resignation after 4 days at Atos. The "automated onboarding system" is either way behind the times or it is an intentional hazing process to see who will persevere. After 20 hours spent on the system and getting maybe 30 minutes worth of actual work done that was it - I do not want to work at Atos. Support is minimal. It all seems to be outsourced to a company that further outsources tasks. Support tickets are addressed 72 hours later in my experience. Equipment is substandard.
