Large training material, they invest hard on technology (laptops, material, etc). have a great concept of internal transfers

Cons

as IT Service company, there is no much places to grow, you are considered just a resource. There is no leader, the ones we have are very disorganized, they delegate their own job to others and they just cascade the director's reprimands, director's board are normally very rude. very tough shifts, sometimes working 48 hours without break or sleep. work force management initiative does not work at all.
