Lots of responsibility Great flexible working - can work from home, flex hours etc as needed Lots of exciting things to do and get involved in Graduate scheme is really well designed, loads of opportunities

Cons

Some people in the company are really negative, especially the generations that have been here a long time.

Pros

There is a lot to be learned about Atos but at that moment I can say that it seems to be a good path to develop within the team I am taking part. Unify was just acquired by Atos and we will see if it was for good or bad.

Cons

Trainings are something very usual to expect as an employee, even if you present your skills on level above the average. Anyway I hope this will be figured out by the new management.
