1.Good learning oppertunity 2.Job secure 3.Good shift allowances 4.Good salary in joining 5.Work from home policy is good.
Cons
1.No good hikes, just 1% or 2% maximum even you get 5 rating. 2.Multiple projects need to handle 3.Horrible mandatory 09:30 hrs swipe 4.No Team outings, no partys ,no bonus, they dont even give you a sweet box for festivals..:) 5.Low configuration desktops, low spped Internet connections 6.Very small office and conjusted seating. 7.Process and internal portals are not flexible. 8.Very less onsite oppertubities.
