      Horrible Company to work for

      Pros

      I started off with good pay back in 2013. However, in the 3 and a half years that I have been there, NOT once did I get a raise.

      Cons

      When I first stated there, I felt like I was thrown to the wolves... no guidance whatsoever! In the company that I worked at, people use to get me and another IT guy mixed up on the phone! When people complained to my manager, he would wait until he had "several" complaints and THEN let me know that he was getting complaints about me instead of addressing them individually to check to see if these were even valid. When I had mandatory training, we were given training that had NOTHING to do with my job AT ALL!! It was a waste of time. I was never given the proper tools or support to do my job effectively.

      Pros

      There is no Pros, just another IT service company struggling to survive.

      Cons

      Most of the people in North America never heard of this company. I never applied for job to this company but became part of it when they purchased our company. USA CEO came for the town hall and told us that "we are trying to grow our business in north America and there will no lay off as part of this accusation" . He told us lies. Within 12 months they did major work for reduction (Layoffs). They have not got any new clients and it was a major mistake of the Atos to purchase our company. They can not compete with the giant Indian IT service companies. Go back to Europe please.

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology and opportunity for market leading application.

      Cons

      50-60 hour work weeks expected for 40hr/wk salary. The business does not involve the Technology teams. As a result, promises are made for impossible to deliver functionality. We are 100% reactive, 0% proactive.
