      Pros

      UK Consulting operation is relatively small and it's easy to get close to the action. Although grades of seniority do exist, in practice the organisation is very flat. Great opportunities for more junior employees. Quite focused on consulting engagements related to tech changes so employees get exposure to latest tech thinking. Responsibility given to employees at all level. Good collaborative atmosphere and genuine meritocracy.

      Cons

      The larger Atos company is sometimes a drag i.e. the Consulting unit relies on other parts of the business as a delivery partner and they often don't move with the urgency one would hope for. For a Consultancy with a reputation for tech projects, in-house systems can be behind the curve.
