      Pros

      Technical staff are some of the best I've worked with and there's always a new challenge. The apprenticeship is a great opportunity for people to get their break in IT

      Cons

      Poor management and team cohesion in many areas lead to projects either falling behind or failing. Many members of staff feel undervalued, salary increases are externally difficult to obtain. There's a definite feeling of being 'just a number'

      - Plenty of work-from-home options - Comforts of a big company (a person switch projects, location, etc.), though it is not as easy as it sounds.

      Cons

      - Most of the projects are IT operations. Very few positions available for programmers. - There is no technical growth path. Once, a person get more than 4 years experience, the only option available is to do managerial work. - The salary is below industry standard.
