      Work From Home Option available 20% of the time. other than that not much.

      Cons

      Less Incentives and Salary lesser chances for training worst chances for career advancement there's lots in Senior Management who reward colleagues through preference and not merit. "the good old boys"

      Pros

      Laid back work culture. Atos is a company with a lot of business knowledge in a few domains across Europe. This allows people to work in different projects ranging from healthcare ,transportation to payment gateway facilities. As a result global methods apply to all and high standard of delivery is expected. Working and dealing with with professional teams from different countries is a plus.

      Cons

      Individual development is stunted. Resources for projects are not choosen in terms of their skills. Infact it was random. Complex processes spoil the charm of working in a company that follows a global set of rules.
