Pros
Atos India is what you want to make of it. You can enjoy your time there doing some excellent work and growing both personally and professionally, or you could just go through the motions and be fine. This position was my first job out of college and I am extremely happy with my decision of starting my career with them. I worked there for over two years before leaving them for further studies, and my experience there is greatly helping me both personally and professionally. Flexible hours ensured an awesome work-life balance. Special mention to my Project Manager Shantanu Kulkarni due to whom these list of 'Pros' is so extensive. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with him.
Cons
The compensation and benefits could be significantly better. It would certainly help in retaining people. Let the project team have more of a say in the recruitment of the employees who will join the project.
