      1. Flexi Timings 2. Atleast 100% PLVP (if the rating is 3 and above) 3. Friendly Environment.

      Cons

      1. Hike is very less. 2. Zero mail policy. Means nobody will reply your mail if the mail is not of their interest. 3. High amount of Politics and Lobbying. 4. Not flexible to move between projects. 5. Poor higher management. 6. Zero transparency and visibility.
