      Great if you take care of yourself

      Pros

      Lots of interesting industrial projects. If you bring in your own contracts, you are in charge of them with plenty of assets. If you simply want free time for your hobbies & family, you can play it this way, too.

      Cons

      Poor sales team where I was. Fellow engineers who sell themselves to their customer were quickly out of work.

      Pros

      Holding couple of global account as their base customer which is only one major asset that can think about...

      Cons

      They grow by acquisition. Top management may show some vision but after that no strategy nor implementation take place to achieve such target. Only thing that they can think about is cost cutting and eliminating people.... delay bonus and incremental payment... no career path or growth can be expected... very bureaucratic...
