      Great company with apparently many opportunities all over the world.

      Cons

      No way to get an internal training or a different position when you are already on a project. Training only for employees on the bench (idle).

      No Pros, all are negatives only, The newly joined sr. people are treated very badly even by junior staff.

      Cons

      The management do not have any vision. One, can buy software at vegetable rate here. Very short term vision, no learning from failure, every body thinks themselves as HERO. Long working hrs for everybody. Lose many week ends.
