      Pros

      Good Web based training, good processes at least on paper, possibility of home office. Communication infrastructure relatively ok.

      Cons

      Try to minimize all costs no matter consequences. No meaningful opportunities for employees. Employees are expendable asset which must be exploited. Well being at work is a fairy tale. No ressource investment - whole year "cost frreze".
