Good Work Life Balance, Work From home. Pay is very good to start with. But hikes are not great and in subsequent years averages it out. Good onsite opportunity in Europe. Per diem is better than most service base organisations. This compensates salary

Cons

Management has no vision in India. Has Front Office Back office concept. Pay hikes are less. Very limited opportunities to grow technically. Most managers are not technically sound and have been stuck with the organisation for more than 15 yrs.
