      Pros

      Being a remote office worker in US, I enjoy the freedom and flexibility to work.

      Cons

      Work timings are increasingly becoming inconvenient as majority of team members are in Europe and Asia regions - most of the time working hours tend to be early morning or late evening.

      Due to its large portfolio, The management is nor able to properly focus on the various BU, thus have not invested well in growing the existing products well within the BU
