      The only pro that I really can identify with is that my staff where very dedicated to supporting me to meet the customers needs.

      Cons

      AtoS upper management will throw you under the bus, which happened to me.

      Pros

      Good projects and learning opportunities. Work-life balance is good. Regular employee engagement events are organised. There are quite a few internal opportunities and job rotation chances. Good compensation for lateral hires.

      Cons

      The leadership stresses a lot upon generating revenue. Being on the bench can be dangerous. Any salary negotiation should be done at time of joining itself. Do not expect much from appraisals. Freshers' salary is low so they should negotiate at time of offer itself. The HR dept has to improve a lot. Policies have to be made more employee friendly.
