You can prosper here only if you like to 'yes sir' everyone in the management & gossip. If you are keen to do your job and what's right .. this is NOT the place for you - those who follow rules are penalized!

Cons

Terrible work ethics. Not a very employee friendly company with regard to HR policies, insurance policy, general work environment. Management tyrannical and HR takes arbitrary actions. Higher management very very poor quality. Communication skills of the management, HR etc are almost non-existent
