      Siemens brand name might take you to places,and i don't know if there is any other company offering such a great work life balance with its pleasant work environment,extra team activities,and flexible timings

      Cons

      slow growth and less opportunities,lagging behind in core it concepts, If you in a team you will know only about the required knowledge for that team ,there is very low scope of learning

      Most of the people care and have passion.

      Cons

      Senior management does not take care of the "people". Spend most of the time running from one crisis to the next - hard to take care of business and customers in this kind of atmoshere. The French run the show and North America is at their mercy.
