      For a global company their outlook becomes more and more French.

      Opportunity for international mobility, it is a good company for career starters and working from home is encouraged in a lot of countries in the group

      Cons

      huge disconnect between top management and lower management. line management is primarily rewarded for short team gains the culture of "And, And, And" has been pushed too far the company is loosing the flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit resulting in employees and managers starting to stop thinking creatively.
