      Pros

      Flexible timings Travel & Canteen facilities are way better than other companies. Siemens Brand - It means a lot. Work - Life balanced ( Depends on the project but mostly true) NO Bench concept. Enough time to learn.

      Different buildings makes office environment totally different from one another(Bangalore). Can be better. Almost 0% onsite onsite opportunity. You need to in management

      Good benefits if your full time, pay is a little sub standard for the industry didn't bother you as long as you did your job which was good and bad.

      Cons

      Management did not support employees it was an all about themselves type management, thy tried to keep you out of sight out of mind.
