      work from home flexible office timing initial hike is good when you join work life balance

      Cons

      lack of good project (long term project) most project are short term yearly hike is below average Late promotion if you are on bench for more than 3 month wfm can ask you to relocate mostly to pune most project comes to Pune so atos is good if you are joining at pune location you can get project easily

      Pros

      Great place to work ,with great work life balance. Being captive development unit for Siemens you get a chance to be part of some of the most innovative products coming into market.Given the Strength of siemens ,job security is more then typical service based company. Quality assurance fellow can learn tons working here.

      Cons

      Its a product company so long term onsites might be not so often as in typical service industry.There are policies available which give u oppurtunity to take inter division transfer,but you need to prove your worth to make that haapen.

      9 to 6 Flexible working hours, Free pick and drop facility, lively work environment for the shift timing.

      Cons

      You will not allotted project and technology for which you are hired and what you have mentioned in your resume or what you have been provided training in relevant technology.No much onsite opportunity.
