      Good benefits If you have the right lead you can learn a lot

      Cons

      High turnover rate, only a few employees there longer than a year and a half Inexperienced and inconsistent management Microsoft dictates to Atos because Atos is a contractor whose contract is up in 2014 Colo 3 is a nightmare due to design flaws

      Pros

      Work from home for Mumbai based employee. Less variable pay.

      Cons

      Atos India is cmm-3 co. hence there is no end to end project as well as 3rd level support projects. 90 days notice period even is probation period. Min 6 month bond are forced to signed by employee for every short term onsite(even within India) and vendor certification done on expences of company. Different attitude toward employee based in Mumbai location and other offices. Commits lots of false commitments during hiring experienced professionals. In order to minimize project FTE budget BCS/BCA, MCA/MCS graduates are preferred over Engineering graduates eventually leads internal politics. No onsite opportunities since most of the projects are outsourced by Atos US/UK.

      Pros

      Varied work, can be intense. Great for one who wants to get into consulting and learn the ropes. Has a number of senior consultants who are very willing to help and pass on their wealth of experience

      Cons

      As with any consultancy you need to make your mark quickly or end up spending a lot of time on the bench. Not too many big named clients Learning and development is a bit haphazard
