      Pros

      Empowering Culture High Performance Engaged Leadership My year at Atos Consulting was an excellent contract. I was given a series of problems to resolve and was given the freedom to deliver the project, once my ideas were pitched to senior partners and were accepted. The people I had to work with were of a universally high standard, and the levels of co-operation were exceptional. The longer I was there, the more projects I was offered, so I was always stretched and never bored. It was an inspiring company to work for and I really enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      Salary and Benefits Career Development I was offered a permanent position, but the salary was not enough to convince me to stay, which was a real shame.

      If you motivate/value your goals, then interesting assignments can be hold

      Cons

      Local management not sharing same objectives, not feeling part of the same team/Group as when interacting with international teams. Individuals rarely gets rewarded or even recognized for their investments in the various assignments unless you are lucky and report to a manager having consideration for his/her team.
