      ambitious company with bigger problems from the last years

      Pros

      - good marketing, over 70000 employees - gets more and more attention in europe - good top management on international level - aggresive competitor

      Cons

      - bad sourcing projects - massiv brain drain of qualified people in all areas since years are tried to substitute by young untrained people - in general number of employees has dropped in several douzend per cents in the last years. - bad local german top management - workload above 250 hours per month is not seldom

      For SAP professional, it is a good company Highly skilled employees

      -compensation not upto the mark -Managers are not good -Not much motivation from management - No career or Personal Development program -Worst HR policies and process -Hike not good -Unwanted initiative like zero Email which does not do any good to the Employees
