      -Very well defined processes and policies. -Continuous learning programs on latest technologies and management at your own pace. -Very good support from Middle Management. -Vary fair Annual performance evaluation and payments. -Good opportunities for short term onsite projects. -HR is also supportive. -Work-Life balance.

      Cons

      -Salary is little lower than the industry standard. -Need to be flexible with employees for allocating projects. -Internal transfer should be more easy for employees.
