      Pros

      It's not as bad as other big consultancy firms like Accenture, Everis, and the like. however, depending on the area where you work you can have luck and have great managers which value employees and don't let you make overtime. But in other areas unpaid overtime is expected.

      Cons

      The pay less than other consultant firms, freezing salaries for years. The upper management is really bad. They have people with great experience unassigned because they prefer younger inexperienced people with costs they less. In the end, the projects have to be ended by huge amounts of unpaid overtime.

      Anonymous, large, hands-off type of environment. Easy to slip off the radar.

      Cons

      No career growth. No company culture or philosophy. Some very uneducated people running the operation.
