      Pros

      When you're billable, they care just for weekly time sheets, other than that you're independent in your work as long as there are no complaints.

      Cons

      When you're non billable, you days are numbered. You either have to have connections or have to look for a position for yourself. There is no recruitment/placement effort from the company. Apply on the company job site and you will never ever get any response. Most of the positions are old already decided or withdrawn.

      Office was close to my house. That's about it.

      Cons

      Do you like being micromanaged? Atos is for you. Do you like unreasonable deadlines? Atos is for you. Do you like working 10 hours a day and then being told you're not cutting it? Atos is for you. Do you like sitting in meetings where the people talking don't know WHAT you do? Atos is for you. Do you like working for a company with an HR rep who discourages complaints? Atos is for you. Do you like getting laid off on payday? Atos is for you. (Seriously. They pay current, which seems AMAZING.. until you realize that it's so they can cultivate layoffs. When you walk in on Friday morning, and the security officer's door is closed? LAYOFFS ARE COMING.

      Tough to think of positive things to say. They make payroll every two weeks, it's possible you might join a competent team...

      Cons

      Promotions without raises, don't pay bonus commitments, never ending layoffs and offshoring, take away banked sick time, no merit increase program, under paid employees, impossible to get things done due to endless levels of management, no communication from leadership, revolving door at senior level leadership.
