      Pros

      Food and Transportation is a plus and salary is average compared to industry standard.People around are good but lot of politics around and if you are tamillian you have the advantage.

      Cons

      No learning at all..all trainings are something which you can't use is outside world(specific to project).Promotions not clear planned.We unsecular company due to top level indian management.Only hindu festivals celebrated and hindu idols across office(mini temple).The people are un profeesional and so is HR and management.No one hears your concerns and people in important positions are happy and never let people under them grow untill unless u are a tamil.Huge tamil bias..
