      Pros

      Came across a good team, Great place to learn. Working is also fun even though one is under pressure. Work culture is good.

      Cons

      Long working hours, Workload is high, Less benefits while working in shifts (as compared to other companies), Salary not so good (if you are a fresher). Getting a leave is itself a tedious task.
