      1.Competitive Salary I dont think there are any other pros of working at Atos Origin India.

      Cons

      1.Lack of strategic thinking at management level 2.Tendency of senior leaders to shy away from taking critical decisions 3.Always behaves in a 'captive organization' mode 4.No direction from technology-advancement perspctive 5.Happy to work on 'low risk' , 'low return' business model 6.Total lack of encouragement for innovation and lateral thinking 7.Lack of well defined internal processes and clear understanding of roles and responsibilities among different departments / verticals leading to inefficiency at work
