      Nice to work for but horrible promotion process

      Pros

      Nice work environment with good people. You get a variety of experience at the company and good for early development.

      Cons

      They will con you out of a promotion as soon as possible in order to save money. They will reluctantly promote you, but with a massive promotion salary cap, with extensive responsibilities. Yet they hire new people with less experience to the company on much higher grades and salaries.
