      Toxic culture, low pay, bad management

      work from home, no interaction with management

      Cons

      Constant threat of layoffs. 90% offshore target. Constant push to offshore. Oversells to customers, does not invest to deliver on contractual obiligations, constant "get-well" programs. Always putting out fires. No customer focus, unless there is an escalation.

      Pay if fair, but they will do everything to delay payment or squeeze your bonus

      Cons

      Many CONS. This company is constantly squeeziing the employee and the customer because they don't know how to sell and deliver profitable deals. They also have poor processes which makes automation not posible. They do not have process Cost Allocation models which makes things even worst.

      Pros

      Remote work. You don't have to go into office everyday.

      Cons

      Everything else, cost-cutting, frequent restructuring, open discrimination against older, experienced employees (they talk about juniorization openly), no salary increases for employees even after 10+ years, shrinking benefits and dissatisfied customers.
