Cons

Maintenance(bug fixing) kind of work. Lot of politics in the teams at managerial level in team. Growth of individual may not be good due these politics.

It is a growing company and is increasing its presence in developing markets; You get exposure to various areas and can get responsibility very quickly which helps you in your long-term career progression.

Cons

The on-site assignments are usually short-term (one to three months) which can be a problem for some people; Some of the HR policies are inconsistent as HR tends to over-compensate new recruits and at times the salary of a subordinate who is a new recruit is higher than his/her supervisor.
