Pros

None that I can think of other than a check that doesn't bounce and you get to work from home.

Cons

Not enough space to list out, but will try 1) no raises over 5+ years 2) incompetent managers in BDS in N. America and Europe 3) run by former HP people who were all fired by HP and brought their terrible process and procedures with them over here to the point is has choked everything to a stand still. 4) outsouced as much of the client security managers to India and Mexico as they could get away with and fired as many US CSMs they could get away with unless the client complain, all due to a "contest" with other units to save money instead of actually trying to grow the business 5) So so many level of managers, sr managers, directors, sr directors, assoc direcotrs, AVP, VP, SVP, EVP,...well, you get the picture, titles handed out like candy and are worthless. 99% are the people have no tech knowledge, just paper pushers. 6) Tools, or rather lack of tools, instead of actually investing in tools, they create low homebrew knockoff tools like MAIA (their finanace forecasting tool) and ART (knock off eGRC) and tons of other pre-2000 tools which leads to #7 7) Their main clients are bottom dwellers who have already made the outsourcing run through IBM, Cognizant, Tata, HP, etc and burn their bridges and landed at Atos which the the choice of last result which leads to #8 8) All their clients have legacy tools and systems, think windows2000, XP, outdated software, apps, network equipment, etc. If you are looking to work on anything before 2005 this is not the place for you

Pros

My peers and solution SME's were very sincere in their efforts to sort through the obstacles, manage without effective leadership and provide value to our clients.

Cons

'Leadership' is driven solely by their personal incentives and individual ambitions. There is conflict everywhere in both the Purchase NY and Irving TX offices. Customer outcomes are not a priority (nor is recognizing the team members efforts) which creates a culture of short-term behaviors and considerable internal churn w/o delivering value to the client.

Employees mean nothing to this company

Pros

Pay is mostly okay, but I make the same as I did when I started.

Cons

Company cares nothing about employees. For the last two years, the company has required employees to take all of their vacation, running leave balances down to zero, sometimes making employees work on vacation, too. After layoffs and furloughs, company implemented two new "options" for flexible work, saying they "listened" to employees' requests for additional options. Both of these options are for reduced hours leading to reduced pay and reduced benefits. If you want, you can apply for a sabbatical (without pay) or reduced weekly work hours (with reduced pay and benefits).
