Pros

1] Good for freshers who want to kick start their career in IT. 2] Located in most of the metropolitan cities. 3] Good for Onsite opportunities if you are lucky.

Cons

1] HR,Admin,Finance are worst they are not at all approachable and kind to employees, even though this are support groups and not generating any revenue to Co. directly but still show as if Co. is being ran by them independently with out any Ops team which are actually pumping the revenue. 2] Salaries is not at all justified in terms of Designations, some are overpaid even though their designations is lower than the senior members. 3] Poor fresher and experience ratio in team to reduce cost and compromising quality of service provided to clients which usually leads to penalties and escalations. 4] Management is not at all worried about employees. 5] No retention policy when employees put downs papers, hence attrition is high which is compensated by hiring freshers and shown to employees as if there was no attrition. 6] No 24X7 transport facilities, even though there are 24X7 ops teams. 7] No canteen facilities during weekends and night shifts. 8] No proper sanitation and hygienic canteen and beverage machines. 9] Foundation training given to freshers are not at par with other Co.s. 10] Training Labs are not equipped with good computers and most the time trainings are theoretical rather then practical and theoretical,

Pros

It's not as bad as other big consultancy firms like Accenture, Everis, and the like. however, depending on the area where you work you can have luck and have great managers which value employees and don't let you make overtime. But in other areas unpaid overtime is expected.

Cons

The pay less than other consultant firms, freezing salaries for years. The upper management is really bad. They have people with great experience unassigned because they prefer younger inexperienced people with costs they less. In the end, the projects have to be ended by huge amounts of unpaid overtime.
