Half the leads were promoted within one to six months of being hired. This is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had one newbie who went from rookie - lead - to resource manager in six to seven months. Totally unacceptable, no sense of seeing talent and promoting based on merit. And maybe you'd think the guy was just good at what he was doing? Wrong. Many people complained about him not to mention half the other leads were newbies promoted too early.
