Pros
- Work and life balance are extremely good, It also depends on which project you are. - I had the pleasure to work with a good team. - They pay your salary on time and extra-hours as well. However they are very strict when it comes to booking, there were many times when my booking was rejected by PM's. - They let you take your days off when you need them. - This company was perfect at the beginning due to the high quality of the people they had. I could easily retire working for the perfect company. However they begin to hire a lot of unskilled people which ruined from my point of view, everything. Professional Engineers and Managers were leaving after because they saw that entry level employees were earning as much as them and management didn't want to raise their salaries.
Cons
- Atos is currently facing some financial issues and customers are leaving, therefore there are no projects to show your skills and involve into something that could bring you an individual evolution. - Most of the Projects Managers don't have any clue about what they are doing. How a project should be managed. They don't coordinate with engineers. I don't know what is the criteria to be chosen but there are Project Mangers without a license. Some of them are former bakers, car sellers, waiters. Most of the Timisoara management is chosen based on nepotism and they are constantly being moved from a project to another project, strictly because they are messing up.

None. Low wages, layoffs and the company will inevitably go bankrupt.
Cons
Wages don't match the industry standard. They want to accumulate as many I.T.O. contacts in the U.S. and offshore them. Leaving now Americans without work.
