      I like my co workers

      low pay,no bonuses for lower paying positions, which means Atos does not Value all of their employees. 8 vacationdays for the first 5 years, u communicate with your employer through a web portal, got an issue? put in a ticket! Need something to do your job? buy it yourself or share it with 12 other employees. Merit increases are very small 1% - 1.75% and always late. Medical/dental/vision=27% of my income. Atos is not an American company.

      Great for Home Office, Bad Mission-Management connection

      Flexible hours, home office, competitive salary.

      Cons

      My team was under a lot of micro management pressure, who constantly changed direction. Management was unprepared to meet the challenges they were tasked to do, and therefore could not offer good leadership.
