I don't have any positives after 10 years.

Cons

The current work from home program is a joke. The plan that forced employees back into an office is unfairly administrated. Some teams have a liberal WFH policy while others only allow for 1 day a week from home. Others are not allowed to work from home at all according to directors. Yet, they allow a number of employees to work from home at will because their circumstances are different. There have been many administrative bonuses over the previous decade. Yet they have rarely given raises to the work force.

Pros

Great PTO for new employees, Cool Office Space, Work from home one day a week, cafeteria in the building which actually has some good food. All employee call with the CEO of North America.

Cons

Bad culture, the company has had so many acquisitions that no one seems happy to be working for Atos. Many people there just see it as a job and not a career. Also, the work was all over the place.
